The second annual Scares That Care convention is taking place right here in Hampton Roads from July 24 – 26 at the DoubleTree hotel in Williamsburg. The purpose of the event is to provide funding–all proceeds from the weekend–to patients in need. Celebrity guests, costume and makeup contests, and scaryoke are just a few of the many thrilling events happening over the weekend!
