Cox Charities Grants
Grants are intended for youth education programs involving science and technology, mentoring, literacy, and other areas promoting the education of youth.
Submission Guidelines:
One proposal per agency or consortium will be accepted.
Proposals should be based on a one-year fiscal funding request.
Requests for second year funding must include outcome measures from the previous year.
Proposals that do not include the previous year’s outcome measures will not be accepted for review.
Funding requests should be in amounts of $5,000 and $10,000.
Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
Grants are issued annually. The Cox Charities Advisory Committee selects the final grant recipients. Funding will not be awarded for capital expenditures or general operations; the provision of home or healthcare services; and entertainment or recreation services. Funding will also not be awarded to pass-through organizations raising funds on behalf of other agencies.
