This special feature in honor of Black History Month has Hot Ticket visiting the Hampton History Museum for a discussion on the Contraband Decision at Fort Monroe.  General Butler made the decision, backed later by President Abraham Lincoln as escaped slaves started showing up to “Freedom’s Fort” seeking their freedom.  Direct descendants of the Contraband Slaves are interviewed for this segment.
